We are looking for a professional with energy, vision and a strong sense of purpose to lead the hospital cleaning operation across 3 hospital units and 5 primary care units (USF), coordinating a team of around 300 people

Your Role:
- Ensure operational excellence and the achievement of agreed objectives.
- Lead and support teams, promoting efficiency and service quality.
- Plan, analyse and optimise human and material resources.
- Build relationships of trust and transparent communication with clients and teams.
- Develop sustainable practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing large cleaning contracts (ideally in a hospital environment).
- Higher education degree.
- A positive leadership mindset and strong focus on results.
- Strong analytical, planning and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and a valid driving licence.
- Availability to travel within Portugal.
