Your Role:
- Lead the internalisation of the payroll process, implementing digital systems that simplify and enhance operational accuracy.
- Define, maintain and ensure routines for recording, reviewing and validating payroll variables.
- Process payroll with rigour and punctuality.
- Produce monthly reports and KPIs that support strategic decision-making.
- Build strong relationships of trust and collaboration with colleagues and internal teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and the sharing of best practices.
- Ensure full legal and fiscal compliance across all payroll obligations.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing.
- Strong command of time-management and payroll systems.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Innovative spirit and desire to develop best-practice processes.
- Excellent planning, organisation and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Availability for occasional travel within Portugal.
